* Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
*Assisting with mobility (getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair)
*Supporting clients with exercises or physical therapy routines
* Engaging in conversation and activities to provide social interaction
* Monitoring emotional well-being and reporting concerns to family or supervisors
*Preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
* Assisting with eating if the client has difficulty feeding themselves
*Reminding the client to take medications (not allowed to administer medications)
Services provide instrumental activities of daily living (IADLS) for clients in their home
